RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY – MIVZA

At MIVZA, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a NO RETURN, ONLY REPLACEMENT policy.

1. NO RETURN, ONLY REPLACEMENT

We do not offer returns for reasons like "did not like", "size issue due to wrong selection", or "color shade variation". We only offer replacement in the following cases:

a) Manufacturing defect (stitching open, print faded, hole in fabric)
b) Wrong product delivered (Wrong size / design / color than ordered)
c) Product damaged during transit

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

To be eligible for replacement, all conditions must be met:

- You must raise a replacement request within 48 Hours of delivery.
- You must provide an Unboxing Video. The video must start before opening the package and show the package label, seal and defect clearly. Without an unboxing video, no replacement will be approved. This is mandatory to avoid fraud.
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Product should not have any perfume, deodorant, or stains.

3. WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE

- Slight color variation due to phone screen brightness / photography lighting.
- Size exchange if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer to our Size Chart carefully. Size chart is in inches; 1–2 inch variation is allowed due to manufacturing.
- Product damaged due to improper washing. Please follow wash care instructions.
- Any product bought during Sale / Discount offer above 40% OFF.

4. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

- Email us at: [your email] with Order ID + Unboxing Video + Photos of defect.
- WhatsApp: [your number]
- Our team will verify within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup. Once we receive and QC the product, the new product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- Customer has to bear reverse shipping charges of Rs. 80 for replacement, except in case of our mistake (wrong product sent).

5. NO REFUND

Please note, we do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. Only size/product replacement will be done, subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, we will offer store credit / coupon of the same value valid for 6 months.

6. LEGAL & JURISDICTION

This policy is governed by the laws of India under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Purba Burdwan, West Bengal only. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
